In ziemlich genau einem Monat fängt es wieder an, das Dour Festival in Belgien. Wie immer kann sich das Line-Up mehr als sehen lassen, ja eine solche Mischung an Avent-garde- und Underground-Acts aus nahezu allen Stilrichtungen von populärer Musik gibt es in Europa wohl kein zweites Mal. Als Headliner wurde jetzt wieder überraschenderweise exklusiv der Wu Tang Clan bestätigt. Ansonsten ist für den Metal- (Hatebreed) und Hardcorepunkler (H20), von HipHop (Ice Cube) und Avantgarde-Mischmasch (Why?), von Britrock (The Fall) und Indierock (b]Shout Out Louds[/b]), von Elektro- (Goldfrapp bis Post-Rock (Tortoise) und von Minimal (Ellen Allien) bis Drum’n’Bass (DJ Krush) für jeden etwas dabei. Eine Liste aufgeteilt nach Tagen mit allen der über 200 Bands findet ihr in den Kommentaren.
Das Festival findet vom 17. bis 20. Juli statt, Karten sollte man sich demnächst organisieren – der 4-Tages-Pass ist für moderate 85 Euro erhältlich. Heiß empfohlen von purerock.de.
