Auf der MySpace-< Seite > von Bad Religion kann man sich mit Honest Goodbye ab sofort die erste Single des neuen Albums anhören. The New Maps Of Hell wird dann am 06. Juli erscheinen.Das neue Album von Ryan Adams trägt den Titel Easy Tiger und wird am 22. Juni erscheinen. In den Kommentaren findet ihr die Tracklist.
Für ihn war's das auch schon wieder. Ryan Sinn hat Angels And Airwaves verlassen. Seine Begründung findet ihr in den Kommentaren.Das neue Album von Amber Pacific kann komplett auf der MySpace-< Seite > der Band gestreamt werden.
Fat Wreck Chords wird die neuen Alben von No Use For A Name, Strung Out und Mad Caddies nicht auf Vinyl veröffentlichen. Auf den wohl zahlreichen Protest der Fans folgt nun ein etwas dürftiger Erklärungsversuch. Nachzulesen in den Kommentaren.Drummer Mike Justian ist bei Unearth ausgestiegen. Auf der laufenden Tour wird er durch Gene Hoglan ersetzt. Über eine längerfristige Lösung ist noch nichts bekannt.
Die Beatsteaks suchen für einen Videodreh am 21. Mai in Berlin Statisten. Wie und wo ihr euch bewerben könnt, steht im Statement in den Kommentaren.Am 01. Juli erscheint endlich das dritte Album von Kommando Sonne-nmilch. Die Hamburger Allstarkapelle um Jens Rachut wird mit Jamaica das Erbe der dahingeschiedenen Oma Hans antreten. Vorher gibt es am 19. Mai schon ein Konzert mit neuen Songs in der Berliner Volksbühne.
Und auch Matt Groening himself hat nun den Auftritt von Green Day im kommenden Simpsons-Kinofilm bestätigt.

| Music to me has always been a very very dear thing. An outlet of creation, frustration, desire, love, pain, and expression of all kind. It's art. It's an extension of the individual making it. It's something that I feel you should do your best at. You should practice and push yourself to always do better than you are. It's the only way I can communicate to myself and learn more about who I am, or who I really am underneath all the distractions and fabrications of who we think we are. Individualism is also something I take to heart. I've never really understood the need to belong to something so bad that changing who you are becomes unimportant. The desire to be part of the herd doesn't make sense to me. Being who you are and not who someone else wants you to be can take a lot courage, although it seems rediculous that it should. it should be first nature. To just be who you are. Love what you Love and love that you are different, in your own unique ways With that being said, and without me lamenting on that for paragraph after paragraph as i will do when philosophies are brought up. And sinse for reasons unknown to me, the band nor their management have decided not to inform any of you anything beyond what contribute to their success, i have come to say goodbye. I recieved a phone call the evening of April 19th that concluded my relationship with Angels And Airwaves. I could go into an entire novel about my opinions of the whole matter and why I was given the axe, but to me, throwing dirt just seems desperate and tabloidial. All I'll say as to why I was kicked out, the reasons I was given weren't at all honest, and severely hippocritical to the point of abhorrent disgust. I've gotten wind of a few of the rumors floating around the virtual lifesource, and I'll say that I would never leave a band because of a clash of ideas, or control. To me a band is a clash of ideas and control. How can you push your artwork in a band to be better withouth having clashings of ideas and control? But that doesn't really matter, none of it does. What matters to me now is freedom. Freedom to express myself and the freedom to be exactly who I am. As for the fanclub, I tried to shape this place up, I'm sorry that none of the ideas you and I had were ever implemented. Maybe someday they will. I hope for all of you who paid your money that they use some of them. Some of you here have a good sense about what this fan club really is, and the rest of you have been really awesome about taking it upon yourselves to improve things here. If any of you want to spend an additional $30 for nothing, email me and I'll give you an address to send a check i appologise that it's been near a month sinse this went down and you've all been in the dark as rumors have made their rounds. But perhaps following a message blindly and praising the meaning of do as I say not as I do is the exclamation point of the issue. See you again somewhere, sometime Ryan Sinn |

| Alright…it seems that some of you are filling your diapers over the fact that we aren’t putting out vinyl for the new Mad Caddies, Strung Out and No Use for a Name. Here are my two favorite bits of constructive suggestions that came into ye ol’ digital complaint box, “the cunts arent gonna press this on vinyl either” and “guess I will just download it loosing money from me….”. Well…we don’t want your money to get any “looser” with gas prices rising and all so we thought we’d let you know that the reason we aren’t putting out these records on vinyl is because they are too LONG. The more music you stuff onto a single LP, the worse it sounds so we decided we didn’t want to compromise the recording quality. Fear not because we actually have a couple of really cool secret vinyl projects coming up. We apologize if you are bummed and as a peace offering we give to you the first Strung Out mp3 for the song Calling. I again apologize but this mp3 will not be on vinyl. |

Doch lest selbst die Teilnahmebedingungen: Wir suchen ca. 20 Demonstranten, Punker, stramm antifaschistische natürlich, lieber links als zu sportlich. angels and airwaves haben sich ja inzwischen als totale marketing-sekte entpuppt. da gehen ominöse dinge vor. würde mich nicht wundern, wenn sich das in nicht allzu ferner zukunft auch schon wieder erledigt hätte mit ihnen. dann steigt tom delonge in sein raumschiff und düst mit koffer voller kohle gen alpha centauri.

Der neue Bad Religion Song haut mich jetzt nicht vom Hocker, hoffe da kommt noch was besseres nach.
Die Vinyl Platte stirbt halt so nach und nach aus. Wobei ich selber auch schon seit einigen Jahren keinen Plattenspieler mehr habe. Aber noch ca. 100 LP's, von denen ich die besten auf CD gekauft habe, da das Handling einfach viel einfacher ist (Auto, Ipod...).

"Cut Off The Top" denk ich, zumindest wird das Video zu dem Song gedreht.
